Loan Forum
The lending landscape is constantly evolving, and staying ahead requires awareness, collaboration, and shared expertise. This interactive loan forum is designed to bring conference attendees together to explore current challenges, exchange practical solutions, and strengthen industry knowledge.

During this session, participants will:

  • Discuss common issues identified during examinations and learn strategies to address and avoid them
  • Explore helpful enhancements and tools that can improve the management of your loan portfolio

New AP System, Part 1
This is the first of a two-part class, featuring information about the new FPS GOLD Web-based Accounts Payable (A/P) system. In this session, you will learn more about the following:

  • A/P System
  • Company options
  • Vendor masters
  • Attaching documents/files to vendors and invoices
  • Invoice processing
  • Approving and denying invoices
  • In-app and email notifications

Note: This class is a prerequisite to New Accounts Payable System, Part 2. The classes will work in tandem, so please sign up for both.

Strengthening Lending Operations
As financial institutions continue to modernize, lending teams must adapt to new programming changes that improve accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This session provides a clear, practical walkthrough of recent updates related to charge-offs and recoveries, secured account handling, and ACH reinitiation. This class introduces powerful new capabilities coming to consumer online banking, with a deep dive into Enhanced P2P and the new Family Banking experience.

You’ll learn how Enhanced P2P is evolving to function more like a modern payment rail, making payments repeatable, remembered, and optionally recurring, while continuing to prioritize recipient control and transparency. ePlatform: Deposit New Accounts and Third-Party Integrations
Opening deposit accounts online requires more than just a form—it’s a carefully orchestrated process that blends identity verification and compliance to create a smooth customer experience. In this session, you’ll learn more about working with third‑party services to verify an applicant’s identity, collect required disclosures, and capture signatures using document‑signing tools such as DocuSign. You’ll also explore additional vendors and capabilities, including potential external account validation and enhanced identity verification. This class focuses on the practical, real‑world aspects of implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a successful online deposit account opening experience.

Loan Servicing – Common Issues and Best Practices
This course provides loan servicing professionals with practical, hands-on training to confidently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve the most frequent challenges encountered in day-to-day servicing operations. Through real-world scenarios and guided best practices, you will strengthen your ability to maintain accuracy, ensure compliance, and support seamless loan servicing workflows.

This forum works best when clients ask questions and share feedback, so please come ready to participate. Your feedback directly influences the direction of future development.

Colonel Eileen Marie Collins as Directions Keynote Speaker

Colonel Eileen Marie Collins

Colonel Eileen Marie Collins is a trailblazing aerospace leader whose career reshaped what is possible in aviation, space exploration, and leadership. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and NASA astronaut, she made history as the first woman to pilot and command a U.S. space shuttle.

Selected as a NASA astronaut in 1991, Collins flew four space shuttle missions, including the 1999 deployment of the Chandra X-Ray Observatory and the pivotal “Return to Flight” mission in 2005 following the Columbia tragedy. She logged 872+ hours in space and 6,700+ flight hours across 30 aircraft types.

Today, Colonel Collins is an aerospace consultant and sought-after keynote speaker. At Directions, she will share powerful lessons on leadership, resilience, preparation, and confidently navigating change.

Note: Conference registrations will still be accepted after May 8, 2026, but we cannot guarantee lodging or specific classes.

 

Cancellations
We will accept cancellations up to and including May 22, 2026. No refunds will be given after this date; however, arrangements may be made to transfer your registration to another individual within your institution. 

Billing
All conference fees will be included with your institution's regular monthly bill following the conclusion of the conference.

Grand Summit Hotel

Grand Summit, a RockResort, is in the heart of The Canyons Village in Park City, Utah. It offers spacious suites with modern amenities and scenic views, a luxurious spa, gourmet dining, cozy fireplaces, and access to outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and golf.

To receive a room at the contracted rate, all reservations need to be made by May 15, 2026, before 11:59 p.m. After that time, the link will close, and all remaining rooms will be released from the group block. Late registrants may still receive the group rate if space is available.

For extended stays, rooms will be discounted at a percentage off the best available rate at the time of booking. (Note: The group rate will not be honored for additional days before or after the contracted block.)

Guests may check in at 4:00 p.m. on arrival day and check out at 11:00 a.m. on departure day. Hotel room rates are also subject to tax. Onsite parking is $25/day for guests not lodging at the hotel.
