Preventing “A Hard Day’s Night” – Simplifying Training with Bridge
During this session, we’ll walk through how you can use Bridge to help you get your staff the training they need. We’ll look at Bridge from your staff member’s perspective and go over the difference between general training access and customized training site access. We’ll also talk about how you set up accounts and assign courses to your staff, and the different ways your staff can access training on the go.

EFT GOLD Now (Instant Payments)
On November 27, 2023, FPS GOLD went live with EFT GOLD Now^SM Instant Payments using the FedNow^® Service instant payment system. Instant Payments allows your account holders to send and receive payments within seconds between participating financial institutions. Instant Payments is found in CoreView GOLD^SM and allows your personnel to prepare for, view, manage, and report on instant payments. In this session, we’ll explore:

• Necessary setup and considerations for sending/receiving instant payments
• How your account holders can securely send an instant payment via eBanking Person2Person (P2P)
• How an instant payment is received (claimed)
• How to handle instant payments that are Accepted Without Posting (ACWP)
• Reporting
• Future uses for Instant Payments

In this class we’ll highlight a few of the new and little-used features of EFT GOLD as well as some of the enhancements currently in development. We’ll also have an open discussion to gather input and suggestions from attendees about priorities and potential future enhancements to improve processing efficiencies.

Becoming a Loan Funding Jedi
We’ll train you how to unleash the power of CIM GOLD Loan Funding, unlocking the realm of efficiency in funding new loans. You will also learn how to use the force of GOLDLink to board new loans, eliminating multiple entries of data. The force will be with us as we embark on this new journey, learning about efficiencies during the boarding and funding process.

eBanking Mobile Banking 4.0
We‘ve been working for months on a new design for the FPS GOLD mobile app. We’re making good progress, but still have much work left to do. Come see our progress and offer your feedback on what we might do to make it even better.

Deposit Forum
Come to this year’s Deposit Forum to share ideas with other FPS GOLD clients about our deposit-related systems. We need your input to continue making our systems better. We encourage you to pre-submit/email your ideas and topics of discussion before the forum (daynak@fpsgold.com) so we can be prepared to address them with the entire group.

Loan Forum
The Lending Environment continues to change all around us. The Loan Forum gives you the opportunity to share thoughts on growing with these changes. Prepare to share your ideas and network with other clients and FPS GOLD personnel. We encourage you to pre-submit your ideas and topics of discussion before the forum to tmurphy@fpsgold.com or brandonw@fpsgold.com.

New Accounts Payable System
FPS GOLD is creating a brand new, Web-based Accounts Payable (A/P) System. During this session, we’ll do the following:

• Outline the objectives and scope of the project
• List key features and functions to incorporate into the software
• Demonstrate some of the new features and functions
• Review the conversion of the legacy A/P system to the new SQL database
• Discuss the potential training and upgrade process
• Provide an estimated timeline for the project

This session will be an interactive, open discussion for your feedback and insights.

The value of this forum is you as an attendee! Here we encourage sharing insights and experiences as well as bringing topics you’d like to discuss with our Financial Applications team and other FPS GOLD clients in similar job roles. We’ll of course talk about hot topics, such as the Accounts Payable Rewrite (make sure to catch the dedicated class), EFT GOLD Now^SM Instant Payments, G/L Platinum^®, and Loan Charge-Off programming updates. Teller Capture
This session will provide a demonstration and some hands-on experience of FPS GOLD’s Teller Capture solution. Using Teller Capture can simplify transaction processing by electronically capturing items at the time of presentment. Image-based transaction processing enables frontline employees to capture images of checks, deposit slips, loan coupons, and more at the teller line. Teller Capture can also improve the customer experience by providing transaction images accessible on account history as transactions are performed.

If you’re not “in” on CoreView GOLD yet, now’s the time! With discussions of CoreView GOLD’s Executive Dashboard, Alerts, EFT GOLD Now Instant Payments, the newest addition, Customer Portfolio, and upcoming CoreView GOLDTeller, we’ll share what we’re doing, where we’re going, and why you’ll want to be there.

eBanking Fraud/Dark Web

eBanking Forum
This year’s eBanking forum will summarize what has been done since Directions 2023. We’ll also talk about our roadmap and take feedback and suggestions on what you feel are higher priorities.

$599 - Full registration without early bird discount. Deadline: May 17

$399 - Full registration for third and subsequent person(s) from the same institution. Deadline: May 17

Conference registrations will still be accepted after the May 17 deadline, but we'll be unable to guarantee your place in a preferred class.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted any time up to and including May 24, 2024. No refunds will be given after this date; however, arrangements can be made to transfer your registration to another individual from your institution.

Billing
All conference fees will be included with your institution's regular monthly bill following the conclusion of the conference.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Provo, Utah, the Provo Mariott Hotel and Conference Center is one of the premier hotels in all of Utah County with easy access to numerous restaurants, comedy clubs, and other activities. There’s also an onsite fitness center featuring cardio equipment, free weights, and other workout equipment.

All reservations need to be made by May 13, 2024, to get the special conference rates. Reservations after that date may be available at a higher rate. The group rate may be extended two days before and after the program dates, based on availability.

Guest accommodations are available for check-in at 3 p.m. on arrival day. Check-out time is 12 p.m. on departure day. The hotel room rates are also subject to tax. Complimentary self-parking garage is available for guests.
