FPS GOLD Directions attendees will receive a special deluxe room rate of $149 per night for a single/double occupancy (two queen beds or 1 king bed). Upgrade to a Junior Suite for the discounted rate of $199 or a One-Bedroom Suite for $249.  

Resort Fee
The room rates listed above do not include a mandatory Resort Fee which has been reduced to $24.99 per room per night.  The Resort Fee package includes the following value-packed items: Enhanced high-speed Internet access in guest rooms, access to the fitness and wellness experiences at Spa Aquae, six (6) drink coupons, one (1) complimentary gift from the Spa Aquae boutique, $20 in free casino offers, complimentary shuttle to the Las Vegas "Strip", food outlet discounts and specials.

All reservations need to be made by Friday, May 8th to get the special conference rate. Reservations after that date may be available and at a higher rate. 

The Group rate will be extended three days pre and post of the program dates, based upon availability.

Sometimes what one person thinks is well known, is the next person’s hidden secret. This class will start with the basics and work quickly to more advanced support tricks and tips including navigating, searching, and maintenance.

Fed Products/EFT GOLD
This class will highlight some of the upcoming changes to payment processing at the Federal Reserve Bank, including the FRB’s instant payment service, FedNowSM, and the pending Fedwire ISO 20022 format changes. In addition, we will demonstrate some of the features of FPS GOLD’s wire transfer solution, EFT GOLDTM, and how the FRB payment initiatives will impact the future development and features of EFT GOLD.

Loan Transactions
Processing loan payments quickly and efficiently is a vital component to any loan servicing department. FPS GOLD recognizes that no two loans are the same and every financial institution handles payment processing differently, so we have provided a variety of repayment options to you. Whether you are processing a regular payment, special payment breakdown, reversing a transaction, performing a charge off, posting a loan funding or a loan payoff; CIM GOLD can handle each of these and more.

During this class we will discuss how your institution can better utilize the Bulk Activity Payment (BAP), Teller Directed Bulk Activity Payment (TBAP), enhanced payoff, transaction reversal and a new and improved charge off and recovery transaction. Attendees are encouraged to share their Institutions specific payment scenarios and questions during this class.

For example, how does the FPS GOLD Mobile app integrate with GOLDSales? How do recurring loan payments work in mobile? What is the latest with mobile transactions?

In addition, GOLDSales provides the ability to track referrals originating from multiple sources into sales. The reporting system gives analysis both graphically and in report format. Internal Fraud
No one likes to hear the word Fraud and they like the idea of Internal Fraud even less. Unfortunately, some people in the banking world find the lure of “easy” money quite enticing. In this class we will discuss what can be done within the FPS GOLD system to help identify and/or mitigate internal fraud. Some of the processes we will discuss include Employee/Officer accounts, GOLDException Manager, and Dormant/Inactive account tracking as well as Miscellaneous G/L and Loan transactions. The audit process is a key factor in fraud prevention so we will also identify and discuss critical Deposit and Loan reports that should be part of the Bank’s processes. If you would like information about how you can prevent internal fraud at your financial institution, then this class is for you!

Accounting Forum
The accounting forum offers an open venue for accounting related questions, observations, and considerations. Recent improvements and beneficial accounting features will be reviewed. Future enhancements to the FPS GOLD suite of accounting applications will be discussed.

This session will be an open format to discuss all things GOLDTrak PC and loan origination as you wish. Additionally, you will see a review of the new Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA 1003) and how the re-design of this form will be handled in GOLDTrak PC.

$599 - Full registration without early bird discount. Deadline - May 15th

$399 - Full registration for third and subsequent person(s) from the same institution. Deadline - May 15th

$65 - Banquet ticket for a guest.  Deadline - May 15th

Registrations will still be accepted after the May 15th deadline; however, we will be unable to guarantee your place in a preferred class 


Cancellations will be accepted anytime prior to and including May 25, 2020.  No refunds will be given after this date.  However, arrangements can be made to transfer your registration to to another individual from your institution.


All conference fees will be included with your institution's regular monthly bill following the conclusion of the conference..
